What we make

Lively Cinema turns your photos into a personal, cinematic story page — a private webpage designed by hand, styled like a premium streaming Original, delivered to you as a secret link.

Every story is crafted by a real person based on the photos and words you give us. It is a creative, made-to-order product — not an automated template.

Who can order

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• We create stories about adults. We do not create romantic story pages depicting anyone under 18.

Your photos and your responsibility

When you upload photos and text, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use them. They're your photos, or you have permission from whoever owns them. (Note: professional photos — like wedding shoots — are often owned by the photographer. It's your job to have their permission.)
• The people in them are okay with it. Everyone identifiable in your photos has consented to being part of the story.
• Nothing prohibited. No nudity or sexually explicit content, no hateful or illegal content, no photos of people taken without their knowledge.

If a photo or order breaks these rules, we may refuse or cancel it. If we cancel before starting work, you get a full refund.

Any claim from a third party about content you uploaded (for example, a photographer claiming copyright) is your responsibility, not ours.

What you get

• A personal story page at a private link, delivered within the timeframe of your plan: 5 days for Starter, 2 days for Classic, and 24 hours for Premium. If there's ever a delay, we'll tell you.
• Story editing access is included, so you can update titles, captions, and photos yourself at any time.
• Your page stays live so you can revisit and share it. If we ever plan to shut the service down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can save your memories.

What you own, what we own

• Your photos and words stay yours. Always.
• The design, code, layout, and style of the story page are ours. You're getting a personal licence to view and share your story page — not ownership of the underlying design or the right to copy, resell, or rebuild it.
• We will never use your story publicly (in our marketing, social media, or examples) unless you have clearly opted in.

Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown on the website. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay.
• Before we start work: cancel anytime for a full refund.
• After delivery: no refunds — the product is custom-made and has been delivered. Your included story editing access is there to make sure you're happy.
• If we fail to deliver your story, you get a full refund.

Takedown requests

Relationships and situations change, and we respect that. Anyone who appears in a story — buyer or not — can ask us to take that story down. Email us and we'll remove it within 7 days, no questions asked.

Privacy of your link

Your story is private in the sense that it's unlisted and unsearchable — only people with the link can see it. But anyone who has the link can open and forward it. Treat the link like the gift it is: share it with the people you want to have it.

A note on our style

Lively Cinema creates original story pages inspired by the look and feel of cinematic streaming — dark themes, title cards, seasons and episodes. We are an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Netflix or any streaming platform, and no story page should be understood as an official product of any such platform.

The stuff we have to say

• We provide the service “as is.” We work hard to keep your story page fast and online, but we can't promise zero downtime forever.
• Our total liability for anything related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We can update these terms; the date at the top will always tell you when. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
